As owner representation members, we are the only members of the project team whose primary focus is to execute your project goals and objectives. Opulent will act on behalf of the Owners on the performance of their duties and responsibilities.
As your owner representation, Opulent is responsible for representing your interests throughout all project phases — from inception, planning and design to construction, completion and closeout. We serve as a liaison between architects, engineers, contractors, FF&E suppliers, and other third-party vendors.
